Terms and Conditions

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.• I won't negotiate prices.• Don't use my art for commercial purposes.• Don't be afraid to ask questions about some things you need clarification on.• My preferred method of communication is through Discord, but you can contact me on the other sites I'm on. If you plan to communicate on Discord first, send me a (straightforward) message instead of a friend request.• I can only accept money through PayPal or GCash. I can also accept Discord Nitro or game currency through Codashop (Reverse: 1999) of equivalent value.• You will pay after you've confirmed a piece - before that, you can ask for changes. Once you've confirmed and paid, I won't make any changes unless extremely minor or there was something I missed. Afterwards, I'll send you the art in a Drive without a watermark.• Two weeks maximum. Life events may extend the wait. I also am prone to motivation loss/burnout and have a project of my own so that can influence the wait time. I will still try to finish the art as soon as possible.• You can ask for progress and changes during the process. All WIPs will have a watermark on them. I typically only send a sketch of the pose and sometimes lineart before finalizing it.• If you ask for a complete redraw after I've finished, it will be taken as another commission and you will have to pay for both.• If ever, I will always ask before posting the commission and its speedpaint online and/or put it in this Carrd, unless you've given permission beforehand. You can also post the commission wherever yourself, as long as it's not reselling and you're crediting me.• "What if I give you exposure instead of paying you?" Point and laugh, folks.
